Taylor Brown joined The NRP Group in 2005 and now serves as President of NRP Construction. Over the past three years, his team has generated $1.1 billion in construction revenue, expanded from 87 to 150 employees, achieved a Top 6 ranking on the 2019 Top Multifamily Builders list and founded a third-party construction business. NRP Construction started 1,200 units in 2019, with a 2020 pipeline of 2,400 units. Previous positions at NRP include Assistant Supervisor, Assistant Project Manager, and Executive Vice President. In 2016, he was named one of six NRP Principals and President of NRP Construction.

David Heller is the President, CEO and Cofounder of The NRP Group. Over the past 25 years, he helped create one of the largest multifamily development companies in the U.S., from the ground up. Since its founding in 1994, The NRP Group has delivered more than 35,000 apartment homes and currently manages 19,000 residential units across the nation. Prior to founding The NRP Group, Heller worked as a consultant for The Townsend Group where he was responsible for more than $3.6 billion in real estate investments over two years. Developments included office, industrial, retail, single family and multifamily construction projects. A certified public accountant, Heller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Rachel Johnson joined The NRP Group as an Asset Manager in 2010 and by 2012 she was promoted to Chief Information Officer. She now leads all aspects of the technology function, including NRP Infrastructure & Operations, Business Solutions & Software Applications, and Property Technology. Prior to joining NRP, Johnson spent nine years at AmTrust Bank where she eventually became Vice President of Operations for the Commercial Construction Real Estate Lending Division. She began her career at Ernst & Young and also worked as a software consultant developing custom applications for the financial and accounting divisions of companies in various industries. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a minor in management information systems from Miami University.

Ken Weinberg joined The NRP Group in 2016 and now serves as Vice President of Business Operations for NRP Construction. He is responsible for all non-project-related operations for NRP contractors, including technology and product improvements, training and corporate financials. Weinberg has spent nearly 20 years in the construction business, working on a wide variety of projects including multifamily housing, historical rehabilitation, and commercial and medical buildings. In his previous role as Vice President of NRP Construction for the Midwest, he oversaw all market rate and tax credit projects from conception to completion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Bowling Green State University.

Dan Hull joined The NRP Group in 2015 as Executive Vice President of Construction. He oversees development, design and completion of construction projects in the western markets. His responsibilities include concept budgeting and feasibility, design coordination, scheduling, production and dispositions for tax credit, market rate and student housing developments. Prior to NRP, Hull worked as a Senior Project Manager for Embrey Partners in Texas and Sares Regis Group in California. With a 19-year career in multifamily construction, he has delivered over 15,000 housing units in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee and California. He has experience with garden, wrap and podium style properties. Hull holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Brigham Young University.

Ted Kramer joined The NRP Group in 2018 and now serves as Executive Vice President of Construction. He is responsible for all aspects and operations of NRP Construction for projects in the Southeast, Northeast and Midwest markets. His duties include concept budgeting and feasibility, design coordination, scheduling and production. Kramer previously served as a Senior VP of Construction for NRP. Among many large-scale projects over the course of 25+ years, his highlighted experience features overseeing the Phase III expansion of Crocker Park in Westlake, Ohio, and serving as the Senior Project Manager in charge of the West 6th luxury apartment project in Tempe, Arizona. Kramer holds a Bachelor of Science in construction technology from The University of Akron.

Marc Ghidotti joined The NRP Group in 2013 and serves as the Senior Vice President for NRP Construction. His responsibilities include concept budgeting and feasibility, design coordination, entitlements, scheduling, production and dispositions. With extensive experience in design-build delivery, he has consistently completed institutional grade, high-density urban infill projects. Ghidotti has over 35 years of commercial and multistory residential experience in development and construction with national firms. He began his career in 1983 with National Property Analysts as a Regional Property Manager before transitioning to commercial construction in 1988. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in real estate and land economics.

Dan Brenner joined The NRP Group in 2018 as Deputy General Counsel and in 2020 was promoted to Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In this role, Brenner counsels and advises NRP’s construction teams on strategies for project execution, completion and dispute resolution. He also works closely with NRP’s construction and design departments in drafting, negotiating and enforcing construction and design related agreements. Prior to joining NRP, Brenner was a partner at Laurie & Brennan in Chicago where he primarily focused on construction law. He represented owners, developers and contractors working on a variety of projects including sports stadiums, multifamily developments, hospitals, hotels and more. Brenner holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Chance Louis joined The NRP Group in 2016 and now serves as Director of Construction Services for NRP Construction. His responsibilities include third party construction business development, coordination of all third party construction services and managing relationships with all third party construction clients. Prior to joining NRP, he worked as a Project Manager for StreetLights Residential, JLB Partners and Hanover Company. Throughout his career, he has helped oversee construction of more than 4,000 apartment units throughout Texas and North Carolina. Louis earned a Bachelor of Science in construction science from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in real estate from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Erika Arslanian joined The NRP Group in 2004 and has served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance since 2018. She leads all accounting activity relating to NRP corporate entities, development project accounting, construction and property management. She also has automated important parts of the construction accounting process including contractor billing and the construction draw process. Arslanian earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and an MBA in accounting and finance from Cleveland State University. She then joined Deloitte & Touche where she executed financial audits of real estate, banking, nonprofit, manufacturing, government and healthcare clients. Arslanian resides with her husband and three children in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

Ryan Berkhouse joined The NRP Group in 2017 and now serves as Vice President of Construction. In this role, he oversees all aspects of construction safety including corporate safety program procedures, field personnel safety and employee training. He also supervises jobsite audits for compliance with OSHA regulations as well as company standards and procedures. Berkhouse was the Safety Director for The Ruhlin Company before joining NRP in 2017 as Regional Safety Director for the East Coast. After successfully creating and implementing a company-wide safety program, he was promoted to National Safety Director before being named Vice President of Construction in 2019. He is a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Tony Gonzalez joined The NRP Group in 2006 and has served as Vice President of Construction Operations since 2018. He oversees production, scheduling and quality control for all developments in the Texas market. He also works to develop and implement field construction staff policies and procedures. During his time at NRP, he has successfully completed over 30 class A developments across Texas. Prior to joining NRP, Gonzalez worked for several years as a superintendent for Affordable Housing Corporation. He possesses a thorough knowledge of Type V and Type III construction. His experience includes a diverse portfolio including garden, wrap and podium style construction for tax credit, market rate and student housing developments.

Casey Cornwell joined The NRP Group in 2010 and now serves as Vice President of NRP Construction. In this role, he oversees estimating and construction operations of developments in the western markets. His responsibilities include budgeting, design coordination, purchasing, construction quality control and deliveries. Cornwell previously worked for NRP as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining NRP, he worked with Fairfield Residential as a superintendent and general superintendent. His experience spans many project types including garden, wrap, podium and mid-rise properties. He has built over 12,000 apartments across nine states, including tax credit, market rate and student housing developments.

Dustin Sisk joined The NRP Group in 2013 and now serves as V.P. Construction for NRP Construction. In this role, he oversees all construction project managers in the San Antonio office and helps bridge the gap between the preconstruction and construction phases. In his previous role as a Project Manager, he oversaw market rate developments in Austin and San Antonio including The Flats at Big Tex apartments. Prior to joining NRP, Sisk worked with SpawGlass as a Project Manager for seven years. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Texas State University.

Matt Tryder joined The NRP Group in 2019 as Vice President of Construction for the Northeast region,including oversight of all projects in Massachusetts and New York. His responsibilities include concept budgeting and feasibility, design coordination, scheduling, production and dispositions. With more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Tryder’s expertise includes multifamily housing developments throughout New England and the Northeast. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Bryan Scott joined The NRP Group in 1995 and now serves as a V.P. of Construction for NRP Construction where he oversees projects in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Massachusetts and New York. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the construction process, from preconstruction through closeout. He also provides oversight on estimating, budgeting, construction planning and value engineering. Bryan began his 25+ year construction career during high school. After joining NRP as a laborer, he was promoted to Assistant Superintendent where he helped complete more than 1,000 single family homes. He left NRP to pursue his education before returning in 2011 as a Project Manager. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University.

Jon Finney joined The NRP Group in 2015 and is now a V.P. of Construction for NRP Construction. In this role, he is responsible for managing projects across the Southeast during the preconstruction and construction phases, with duties included budgeting, scheduling, plan review, quality control, forecasting, and subcontractor agreements. Previous positions at NRP include Superintendent, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. Prior to joining NRP, Finney began his construction career at Lennar working in the single family market and moved into multi-family with Alliance Residential as a Project Manager. With more than 15 years in the industry, Finney has delivered over 2500 single family homes and 5000 multi-family units. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management along with minors in Spanish and Outdoor Leadership from NC State University.

Cary Henry joined The NRP Group in 2013 and now serves as the V.P. of Construction for the D.C. Metro/Mid-Atlantic region. His responsibilities include oversight of all aspects of the construction process, from preconstruction through the closeout phase. He also manages all estimating, budgeting, construction planning and value engineering services. Prior to joining NRP, Henry worked with several successful multifamily developers and general contractors. With more than 20 years of multifamily construction experience in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions, he is responsible for the construction of over 7,500 apartment units.

Ben Olson joined The NRP Group in 2015 as Director of Preconstruction for NRP Construction. He is responsible for plan design and coordination, estimating, budgeting and plan review/design development through all preconstruction phases. Prior to NRP, Olson worked for 12 years as a project manager and senior project manager in Southern California for Sares Regis Group building high-density multifamily projects. He has experience building wrap and podium style properties in urban infill locations and is highly skilled in both Type V and Type III construction. Olson earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Brigham Young University.

Chuck Terlizzi Chuck Terlizzi joined The NRP Group in 2016 and serves as Senior Director of Preconstruction/Estimating for the Northeast, managing the Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Boston offices. He establishes extremely accurate conceptual, schematic, design and guaranteed maximum price (GMP) estimates for NRP’s development teams. Prior to NRP, Terlizzi served as Senior Director of Preconstruction and Estimating for Trammell Crow Residential/Mill Creek Residential for 10 years and Vice President of Estimating and Purchasing for Frank Mercede and Sons Inc. for 25 years. He is responsible for preconstruction services for over 7,000 multifamily units. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering/structural engineering from the University of New Haven.

Mike Kolschetzky joined The NRP Group in 2018 as Director of Preconstruction. He is responsible for leading coordination and delivery of the preconstruction phases of development, creating and implementing estimating processes and procedures, as well as directing the estimating functions. He currently oversees projects in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Kolschetzky has more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry. He has completed a diverse range of preconstruction services for multifamily, commercial, retail, hospitality and athletic facilities. Prior to NRP, he worked at Marous Brothers Construction for 10 years. He holds of Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from The Ohio State University.

Paul Marvin joined The NRP Group in 2001 and was named Director of Operations for NRP Construction in 2018. In this role, he oversees projects in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, North Carolina and Virginia. He is responsible for overall production, scheduling and quality control for all developments in the Midwest and also works to implement field construction staff policies and procedures. Prior to NRP, Marvin worked at Zaremba Group as an assistant superintendent in the Cleveland area completing over 100 single-family custom homes. During his tenure at NRP, he has delivered more than 5,000 apartment homes. Previous roles at NRP include Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager and Project Superintendent.

Bill Trump joined The NRP Group in 2019 as Director of Operations with a focus on Boston and the Northeast market. In this role, he supports property superintendents and project managers with regard to scheduling, manpower, material acquisition, conflict resolution and problem solving. He also assists with preconstruction activities such as drawing review and logistics planning. Prior to NRP, Trump worked at Stark Enterprises as VP of Construction Operations where he managed The Beacon, a 21-story multifamily development. He has completed over 2,000 beds of student housing, 300 units of low income housing and more than 1,000 acres of civil site development. He is proficient in wood frame, structural steel, post tension concrete and precast concrete.
